When inviting suppliers to a sourcing activity, it would be helpful to show if the invitation email fails to send or cannot be delivered.
At the moment, it’s not always clear whether the supplier actually received the invitation. If there was a visible message or status showing that the email failed (for example due to an invalid email address or delivery issue), it would allow the user to fix the problem straight away.
This would help avoid situations where suppliers never respond simply because they never received the invite. A simple failure notification or status next to the supplier would make it much easier to spot and correct these issues quickly.
