Self-Service Primary User Management

Organizations will be able change their Primary User directly from the user record page without contacting support. A checkbox labeled "Make this user your organization's Primary User?" will appear above the Save Changes button on each user's profile. When an organization selects a new Primary User, they'll see a confirmation modal explaining that this person will gain access to billing options, invoices, payment methods, and subscription controls through the Stripe Customer portal. The previous Primary User automatically loses these permissions, and the change is reflected immediately across the user table and all relevant interfaces.

This feature will empower teams and organizations to manage their account ownership independently as roles change, reducing friction and support requests while maintaining clear control over who manages billing and subscriptions.
