Add a new Milestone Reporting page under Savings Management, alongside the renamed Savings Initiatives page. Provide a report of milestones across all savings initiatives with filtering by dates, categories, status, parent initiative, creator, location, department, currency, savings type and supplier. Include configurable milestone columns, links back to the parent savings initiative, and an Export function for the report.
