Allow supplier onboarding packages to be assigned to an internal oboloo user instead of being sent directly to the supplier. Internal teams can complete onboarding requirements themselves where they already hold the information or prefer to obtain documents and responses from the supplier outside of oboloo, while still tracking completion through the standard onboarding process.
