Artificial Intelligence

  1. Copilot Chat – A global chat assistant that can answer questions about suppliers, contracts, onboarding etc. It should also be able to carry out certain simple actions (with confirmation), e.g. adding a note or requesting a document. - This is similar to a chatbot where you can ask it anything of your data.
  2. Today / “What should I do?” – A view that pulls together all tasks and deadlines across the system, groups them into “Do now / Next / Later”, and gives the user a clear plan. The AI’s role here is just to summarise and prioritise the list – the tasks themselves come from our data. - This is similar to the function that you built for another client and shared with us.
  3. Record Summary Panel – A sidebar on supplier and contract pages that shows a natural-language summary of the record and suggests a couple of next steps. Suggested actions should always come from the record’s actual data.
