Add additional optional columns to Savings Management main table

We need to make several additional Savings-related columns available on the Savings Management main table.

These columns:

  1. Will NOT be shown by default
  2. Will be selectable by users via the existing blue “Edit columns” button
  3. Will appear in a specific column order when enabled, relative to existing columns (see below)


Column requirements and positioning:

  1. Savings Start Date
  2. → Inserted after Status
  3. Savings End Date
  4. → Inserted after Savings Start Date
  5. Projected Cost Reduction
  6. → Inserted after Total Baseline Spend
  7. Projected Cost Avoidance
  8. → Inserted after Projected Cost Reduction
  9. Realized Cost Reduction
  10. → Inserted after Total Projected Savings (%)
  11. Realized Cost Avoidance
  12. → Inserted after Realized Cost Reduction
